We offer a one-stop-shop for all your changeover needs, taking care of as much of your property as you want us to, liaising with your guests and laundering your linen, or simply the changeover clean.
Full management means that we will be the first port of call for your guests should any problems arise whilst they are staying in your property. We have a team of maintenance staff that are on call for larger jobs.

Infection control and Bio Hazard and Fogging
We are all only too aware that cleaning your hands and all other forms of personal hygiene are the main ways to prevent anyone from catching Corona virus. But you might not know that many homes are the wrong cleaning products to keep their homes and workplaces clean. A good household product is bleach, however many surfaces are not suitable to use bleach on, and definitely not if there is a septic tank at the property.
Hand sanitisers are good but they are not a long lasting product.
For home use a disinfectant with EN1276 written on the back is a good choice. EN1276 certifies that the product is effective against enveloped viruses like Covid 19.
Coronaviruses have been around for a long time and belong to a group of viruses known as ‘enveloped viruses’. The virus is enclosed by a lipid membrane (a fat like substance) and the membrane (envelope) is used by the virus to attach itself to the host cell. The virus then penetrates the host cell and replicates itself. The envelope is quite fragile and susceptible to changes in temperature, pH levels and disinfectants.
The great news for us is that outside the human body these viruses are very weak and are easily destroyed with hot water and disinfectant.
If there has been known contact with coronavirus then a decontamination with a QAT (Quantenary Ammonium Compound) based product is recommended. QATs can be used on pretty much all surfaces, including soft furnishings, and have a broad spectrum kill meaning that they are effective against bacteria, viruses and mould. It is QAT products that are used in sprayers and foggers by the NHS and professional biohazard cleaning companies.
